Fermented condiments offer a new world of nutrition and flavor to year-round cooking. We will make Worcestershire Sauce, hot sauce, fermented garlic, and Fire Cider (The legendary folk remedy made from vinegar, garlic, turmeric, cayenne, horseradish and spices. It is a tasty, zesty vinaigrette and helpful reliever of cold and flu symptoms.) Please note that there is a Vegan option for Worcestershire Sauce which is traditionally made with anchovies.
